Positives: It was very clean and bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. Loved the pumpkin spice waffles. Great location near a store, hwy exit, and restaurants.

Negatives: Liked almost everything. The only thing I would say is it was a little warm in our room the last night and the thermostat or wall unit did not seem to do anything when we tried to lower the temp.
