Inside noise..could hear hall/other room noise inside our room during the night.

The room we got had a horrible window leak, although we were allowed to switch rooms. It was a really bad leak right over the room's heating and air conditioning unit and it has been leaking for quite some time.

The modern European style was nice. And the continental breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
For the facility to have been relatively new, the stains in the bathroom, dirt in the shower, missing tile in the bathroom, and a suspicious white smudge on the bench really had me wondering why I was paying almost $200 for one night in a clearly not been taken care of hotel room. This hotel is less than a year old and should not be looking like this already.

The maid and young lady at the front desk were very nice!

The towels has brown fresh bodily fluids on them. The worst part was the AC shook the floor and our beds vibrated and kept us awake all night. Go lay on the bed and see. The ice machine was broke and the drinks at the front desk were hot so we had to leave to get waters and sodas. It was disgusting and not restful. We went and purchased our own towels to shower.

The hotel was clean.
Negatives:
There was either construction in the building or very loud laundry services beside my room. Sounded like a jack hammer at all hours - including 3am. The hot water was almost nonexistent for the shower. No staff members were at the desk when I went to check out. Just ended up leaving the keys in the room.

The rooms were poorly constructed with cheap materials. The bathrooms maybe one step below a Holiday Inn. And the ventilation awful. I am sure the cleaning staff have a hard time cleaning. Never received additional towels. And ice was in lobby which was always out. Going back to the Marriott. The only saving grace was the great staff. Too bad they dont have much to work with at this location.
