Positives:
We were in town for a travel baseball tournament. We finished our games prior to check-in time, but we thought we would swing by to see if a room was ready. Upon walking in, Jessica, the front desk employee, greeted us with a warm smile. She informed us that the hotel was booked the night prior and that our room would be ready in an hour and a half. No worries, we knew we were early. I asked if she could call when our room was available, to which she obliged. She gave me a list of local restaurants, etc. to use to kill time. I walked out to the car, and my phone rang. It was Jessica letting me know our room would be ready in 15 minutes. This all came from an employee who was 30 minutes from leaving her shift. Customer Service Level 100!
Also, the pool was nice and not overcrowded which allowed our team to get an hour of swimming in after a hot day on the baseball field.
Negatives:
There wasn't a ton of lighting in the bathroom. The shower area was dark, but the rest of the hotel and friendly staff made up for it. Other than that, nothing bad to say. I would definitely book here again.
