When I arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the door saying that the clerk was working cleaning rooms and room 110. The clerk was working two jobs and I feel that that was very unfair for her. She was not able to give the best service possible because of that fact.

The room showed evidence of sexual activity in the room there was lubrication all over the curtain by the door and the comforter on top of the bed had semen stains on it.

The America's Best hotel has a little bit of work to do to clean up its hotel.
Positives:
Enjoyable for some purpose. Needed a place to stay for few days untill work was finished on my home. And ABV was just ideal.
Negatives:
Owner is nice and friendly but lil rough around the edges could be more hospitable when it comes to somethings. But staff was nice and never hard time getting service.

Everything was ok air conditioner and heater worked well and refrigerator worked well No real complaints except for lil issue wth hairs found in sink on toilet and in shower and room dusty. Cleaned bathtub and toilet and sink myself and staff replaced my wash clothes and hand towel. I used for cleaning

Unable to get full breakfast due to COVID. This is not hotels fault - just the way it is.

Location was great - right off I75. Check in was easy, staff friendly, room clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Served coffee, juice and packaged rolls/cookies. Due to Covid, unable to serve a full breakfast. Hopefully will be able to someday soon.
