Negatives: The front desk lady on night shift was rude and not welcoming. Me and my husband both got off work drove 5 hours to get here. When we arrived to get into our room the lady at the front desk was not pleasant or friendly. Also my room showed I would be charged $148.00 and it shows $172.00 deduction out of my account.

Negatives: under renovation, no notice when booked, construction went on until 7:00pm, our room was unfinished, no electrical outlets on night stand area, iron on floor of closet because shelving was too close to iron holder, water on bathroom floor after show ran out into the room, tv connection to Direct TV was incomplete and required 2 remotes to operate, the first room we were given had construction workers directly overhead, switched rooms and construction workers were still a few feet away, receptionist taking phone call inquiries for room availability indicated to caller there were plenty of rooms but no mention of construction to the caller

Negatives: IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A REMODEL. THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS TERRIBLE.

Positives: Once the construction is finished , I imagine the hotel will be a lovely place to stay. No offer of a discount while under construction. Especially since the fitness room was completely gutted for renovation. I liked that there is a Holiday Inn next door. That is where we will stay next time. Very disappointed. It is important to say that the person who cleaned my room did an excellent job.
Negatives: The receptionist set the tone of less than professional. T-shirt, greasy hair, piercings . Could have been part of the construction crew. I asked about the fitness room. She replied in an off hand manner that it was upstairs. She did not tell me it was under construction. After repeated tries in my room to get on the internet I was unsuccessful. I went downstairs to the desk because no one was answering the phone. The same woman stood behind the desk munching on chips from a bag and told me that the internet was working and I must be doing something wrong. No offer to help. It is important to say that the young woman she was supposed to be training ( heaven forbid) was most polite and helpful to me when I spoke with her later. The breakfast was only passable. The coffee was brown water.

Negatives: They us on a floor where they where doing construction and painting, The halls smelled terrible with the paint fumes and was estremely dusty. The people at the front desk was not very friendly. I ended up booking online from the lobby.

Positives: The bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean.
Negatives: Because of a 5 hour power outage, the hotel was cold, with no coffee, food, or hot water available, neither was the manager available. After power was restored, still no coffee, food, or manager 30 minutes later.No staff members were in the makeshift breakfast area, meeting room, to offer anything after the outage was over. Front desk personnel were very impersonal and nonapologetic that morning. Construction on canopy over the entrance was not marked off and a potential hazard to people entering and exiting the building. No lobby was available for guests. Plenty of constructuon dirt available inside. This inconvenience will be there 4 months. Just shut down and get it done in a matter of a few weeks. Hilton standards are not being met at this property. I called Hilton customer aervice to complain and asked for a refund. They were willing to comply but must contact Booking.com to see if that is possible. If the refund doesn't happen, I will likely take my business elsewhere from both companies.
