Positives: The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. Everything was clean.

Negatives: There were several things that didn't work. The TV, phone and an outlet on the headboard didn't work. We used our cell phone to call the front desk and report the issues. We were told someone would come to fix the issues, but no one came. No one called to follow up on the issues. Only at check-out were we told that the Maintenance person had left for the day right before we called and the hostess didn't know how to fix anything. Very disappointing.

Positives: Very clean lobby. The staff were excellent. Very helpful especially the young man serving drinks/coffee and taking care of the free breakfast. He was beyond personable and friendly. Beds very comfortable.
