My employee drove from South Florida to Missouri to P/U a truck and booked the hotel thru your site and I paid for the room. When he went to check in the hotel required a credit card to charge $50.00 my employee didn't have a cc & the hotel won't take cash or a cc over the phone. Your site didnt advise the person checking in needed a credit card. CC had to be swiped at the hotel, my employee had to sleep in the truck and couldn't stay at the hotel.....................

The location of the property was perfect! It is surrounded by the mall, restaurants, and shopping areas. We did not have to travel far for any of our needs. I also liked that the property was clean and smelled amazing at all times.
Note: I forgot to take pictures when we first arrived, but all of the spaces were nice & clean!

The staff at the front desk could have been a little friendlier, but it didn’t ruin the trip!
