Poor
Positives:
The location was great I wish I could say the same for the inn . There’s gas stations, Walmart, restaurants and just a few miles to the Ruby falls and Stone city . They charge you $20 for each night for pets when you get there. The rooms really need updates on them towels where stain lucky I had my own . Bathroom wall was really bad mold . Breakfast was just a few things .

Positives:
The location is fantastic. Very close to Rock City Garden, Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Walking distance to Wendys and also 3 min drive to Walmart. The breakfast is typical american with pancakes, blueberrie muffins and a small hamburger, scramble eggs and toast with jam. We really missed cheese, ham and boiled eggs otherwise it was okey. Free parking just outside the hotel. The hotel is old but the room were clean and the shower okey and comfortable beds. Watch out for the legs on the bed, the are sticking out sharp. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Fast Wi-Fi.
Negatives:
The legs on the bed is sharp. Both of us hurt our legs on the corner of the bed. So watch out. We missed cheese, ham and boiled eggs on the breakfast. The carpet is old.

Positives:
Breakfast was ok could add more selection such as turkey bacon to menu and fruits. Staff for check in was great.

They didn't accept debit/card for snacks cash only for over priced chips. Late night staff was ok but seemed not to want to work.

Positives:
We just had to stay for 1 night hence I stayed otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here. The only thing great is the location near to lookout mountain.
Negatives:
1. The room can't be locked properly from inside
2. Beds were not comfortable, bed sheets dirty.
3. Bathroom locks broken
4. Weird smell in the lobby likely weed.

Negatives:
The room door was hard to open, the sheets in the room were dirty with stains and hair, I asked for a room change and the sheets were just as dirty or worse, also the bathroom towels were dirty, apparently the person who cleans doesn't change the sheets for some reason after a guest leaves and doesn't even shake the beds to remove the hair, I had to ask for a refund and look for another hotel to rest after this experience.
