we had troubles with the comode stopping up on us twice making a big mess and making it difficult to use till they were able to unstop it and clean up the mess... some mornings the eggs were cold and runny..in the 3 days there was no meat at breakfast only gravy for biscuits also gravy not very hot heat wise

Spiders in room. Air conditioning not on in room prior to us getting there so it was very hot and took a while to cool down. Traveling with a baby so that was very frustrating. Ants crawling on counter top at breakfast.

We had 4 adults and 1 child in a suite room. The room was a very decent size, the beds & pillows were pretty comfortable but, most importantly (to us- haha) was the air worked great.
Negatives:
The indoor pool was nice & clean but the water was not that warm for it to be an indoor pool and the floor of the pool was pretty rough feeling. All in all, it was nice & I am not complaining

The night light in the bathroom was so wonderful! Such a small thing made a huge difference for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The beds seem to retain heat. Everyone got quite warm despite the cool temps in the room. Also the pool was shockingly smaller than anticipated by the picture on the website.

It was right off the interstate and we didn’t have the breakfast bc we slept in.
Negatives:
When I first got here our room we got smelled really bad so I refused it and asked for a different room. The lady was nice and helped with another room which was good. It was clean the bed was comfortable, but I figured it would had been a better place. Definitely low end if you like higher end stays.

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool area was clean. Location was next to McDonald's and a Market Dollar General across the road. Walmart and other food places down road. Close to Ruby Falls and lookout mountain. Breakfast was nice.

The dryer for us to use needs some repairs. It's very loud and doesn't dry very well.
