Great location, right off the freeway, but quiet and clean. Our room was nice, breakfast was very good. The dining room was very nice.
Negatives:
Austin, who checked us in, was very unkempt, expected a more professional appearance. He gave us the info we needed but seemed in a hurry.
Our room had no hangers and only one large bath towel. Usually when we stay at one of your properties, we have more towels than we need.

The pull out bed had several very large (red) stains on the mattress and in speaking with the front desk staff on at that time was difficult. After sharing the problem and to no avail, I then asked to speak to a "Manager" and was advised one was not on duty, so I asked for a # to call. A lady then came from the office and said can I help you, I said I'm trying to speak to a "Manager" and the other lady said none was on duty. The lady from the office said, I'm "Management" how can I help you...I said wow I asked her for a "Manager" and she (the one from the office) proceeded by saying....you asked for a "Manager"...I'm "Management"......ummm ma'me "Manager" & "Management" is the same thing (yes I had to lol).......any hew then trying to get compensated was done but after a round and about and very, very little was compensated. We were moved to another room but the service could have been much better. ijs other than that the hotel was nice!

The rooms more than expected. We were extremely comfortable with space. The clerks were the friendly. Garrett was helpful when we decided to stay another night at the last minute. And the breakfast was awesome. We appreciate mostly the acceptance of our fur baby. If our Jefferson can't go then we don't go.
