Positives:
Proximity to I-75, plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from that are open late. Beds and pillows were moderately comfortable. Breakfast options were ok but limited.
Negatives:
Very dirty and no apparent urgency to make the property cleaner and more appealing.
Review
The old saying of "You get what you pay for" certainly applies to this hotel. While it definitely was a financial bargain, I would have much rather spent a few extra dollars to stay in a much cleaner hotel. This property needs a thorough top to bottom cleaning. Everything from the exterior door and window to the interior chairs and tub were dirty. The chairs had so many stains on them, we didn't even want to use them, and the tub had visible footprints in it. Even the main entrance and elevator were dirty. If the property owners made more of an effort to make it more appealing, I'd give it a higher score, but it has clearly been neglected, and there doesn't seem to be any concern by management to correct the situation.
