bed , light, & TV was good.
Negatives:
Water for shower either too hot or cold. Hallways & parking littered especially with cigarette buts(even though this was a no smoking establishment). Door almost broken. Had a difficult time closing it from the outside and one time i had to get the staff to let me back in. I had a 3 night stay but there were only enough towels for 2 nights. I have been to other Extended Stays in D'Iberville, MS & Brentwood, TN both of which was very nice. but I was VERY disappointed in this one. Next time I go to Chattanooga I will be looking for another hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice for an overnight road trip layover.
Negatives:
They asked for a $100 deposit, which was more than the room cost and was not mentioned in the booking.com listing. When I said I’d find someplace else, they waived the deposit.

So much noise! Unruly people everywhere. Overhead they were slamming door, running through the room, jumping. Outside our door people arguing at 6am several days in a row. Very unpleasant.
