The outdoor pool was filthy, full of leaves, and not maintained lots of mold around the edges. For $175 for the night, you would think the major attraction to stay here would be clean. The room was alright , the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Hampton Inn used to be my favorite hotel, but after this stay and another in Ohio while traveling, I have to say I'd rather stay at the Fairfield.

Great location for our needs! Comfortable beds and clean room, plenty of space! Breakfast was really good, with plenty to choose from ! We did not use pool facilities but saw them and they were fantastic for families with children, outdoor and indoor pool with slides. Close to downtown Chattanooga.
Negatives:
Despite using GPS the signage to the Hotel could have been better, a little hidden.

I liked everything about it. The location was just off I-24, which was convenient (although at night, you need to keep an eye out for the turn into Starview Lane at night). here are beautiful mountains nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well (which I don't always do in a hotel). The breakfast was also very good. Great experience all around!
Negatives:
The only tricky aspect I encountered was the turn into the street. had trouble seeing it and turned around a few times. I think it was because it was dark, and I was unfamiliar with the area. Otherwise, everything was great.

Location was gorgeous with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was very good. We especially liked the egg white omelet. Our room was clean and the a/c was quiet which we totally appreciated since it allowed us a good night's quiet sleep!

Clean hotel with a great Check in guy. Offered help without asking. Provided a whole history on the cicadas that were hanging out near the pool.
