I could not get the shower to turn on correctly after trying a while. Also, I paid through a third-party and then I gave a different card for my incidentals and I looked at my credit card that I charge for incidentals and I was charged all over again so I had to go to the front desk and get it straightened out couple of things that need to be ironed out.

There was a leak in the ceiling of bathroom and they told me that they were refunding me one night for the inconvenience and I still have not received anything nor heard from anyone about progress of doing so!!
