We loved the location so much ! It was next to almost anything and everything you could possibly need . We also loved the gym and the pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was also very good !

The beds were not very comfortable and very small . They are supposed to be queens but felt more like a full. Also the floors were pretty dirty and could definitely use a good cleaning or just to be ripped out and redone.

We had an event in Chattanooga to attend, and this was the hotel recommended. We were only staying there one night (checking out by 6:30 am), so I didn’t read much into what was all included. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but he had poke-a-dots on his name tag). He was funny & made us all laugh while checking in. Breakfast was included. I didn’t eat, but the rest of the family said it was good. I ended up calling them back after we got home, because we had left a bag in the room. A lady (I don’t remember her name either
