I liked the location of the property. The staff were friendly and it is a clean location. I liked that you had to have a key to enter the building from the street. Which made it feel more safe.
Negatives:
The parking lot is too small and is not guaranteed parking. It costs $18 a day to park if you are lucky enough to get a park. Other option is a parking garage diagonal from hotel and means crossing two streets to get back and forth to room.
One day we were there we didn’t get fresh towels until 9:00 that night. That was very frustrating.

The location is perfect especially if you have kids and plan to take them to the children museum as it is directly next door. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Pool was awful. So small. Extremely high chlorine content, eyes were burning like crazy. The floor was soaking and you’d bust it if you didn’t tip toe. Breakfast ppl were rude. Made snide comments if you were running late to breakfast
