Positives:
Air conditioning, bed, coffee maker and size of room were all great.
Negatives:
First of all we were in a handicap and connecting room. Since we did not request this, it was not comfortable. We would have preferred a different room. I was in Chattanooga for eye surgery so we only stayed one night. Were we staying more than one night we would have requested another room. Bath towels were next to the toilet which is not a sanitary choice. The television could have been a bit higher so you could have watched it from bed more comfortably. Several holes in the blind. A stationary chair and carpeting might have made it more comfortable. Not sure why we were given a handicapped room?

Location is convenient. Right off the interstate and a lot of restaurants and shops close by.
Negatives:
The hotel room itself is a dump. The floors are uneven, the windows shade has holes all through it, the one bed is sinking, sagging on one side. The bathroom ceiling paint is chipped and failing off. Just overall crappy room.

Really disappointed. Ive stayed at various Hilton Garden Inns and this was the worst by far.
Positives:
Very good location. Close to a lot of things but not so close that it was noisy/busy. The indoor pool was great. Very clean.
Negatives:
Just being extra picky, we didnt care for the AC system. Were so used to having the wall units running all night that it was weird for it not to. But like I saidthats 100% just us being extra.

Did not stay. We are light eaters. Would have liked coffee available to go. The bed and linens were comfortable.
Negatives:
We had 2 creamers only in our room. Hotel was under construction which cant be avoided. We thought the bar was pricey. Could offer a happy hour. We ate dinner in the grill. Good food.
