Good facilities, reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Poor housekeeping. Stayed 8 nights and only had housekeeping twice, the 2nd time we had to ask for it! Even though hotel states you have it every other day. On the first time, they made our bed but didn’t make up the sofa bed where my son was sleeping and he never once got clean sheets. Towels not replaced, nor trash emptied for days.

The location of the hotel, size of the suite, breakfast quality, staff we encountered.
Negatives:
We had to wait an hour before our room was ready and we arrived at check in time. The sofa in the suite was worn to the extent we had to use pillows to be comfortable. Sheer curtains in the living room were torn and tattered.

The room felt and smelled clean. It was a nice size. Both the living and bedroom area felt spacious. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety. They also had a social type thing Wednesday nights with a good variety of snack-type food. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The kitchenette was well stocked with extra cupboard space for groceries.
