Facility was nice and modern and beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
1. Parking fee was not shared up front and didn't find out about it until we were checking out. Front desk took it off our bill.
2. We each ordered a salad from the restaurant. Way overpriced for what we received.
3. Shower drip that would stop. Problem was that it landed on a metal piece in the shower which made it that much louder. Not a huge deal but was annoying when trying to get to sleep.
4. Walls seemed paper thin. Able to hear conversation in the next room and the 'fun' they wound up having (which, thankfully, didn't last very long. LOL.)

Beautiful hotel and great location! I love that we could walk to restaurants and not far from attractions.
Valet parking was great. Loved all of the staff. Loved the full bar and outdoor seating space. The hotel room was clean and beautiful.

This is my second time staying at indigo , first time was incredible! This time round unfortunately was not that… firstly we got given the wrong access key and couldn’t get into our room , come down to the reception only to find no one there. I had to wait almost 15mins to be assisted… once getting the right key to our room we stepped inside and the room smelt like it was so covered in scents almost to cover something up. I struggled the whole night to breathe , I have asthma and honestly have never used my inhaler that much! I used 2 weeks worth of inhales all in that one night just to get through it… I couldn’t sleep as I couldn’t breathe so we just ended up leaving after a couple hours sleep. Extremely disappointed as we loved our first stay so much and recommended this place to a lot of family/friends but won’t be doing that again!

Positives:
Location to attractions. Was able to walk and rent bikes to get around the town. Hotel was extremely clean and beautiful.
Negatives:
No hot tub, only valet parking (felt that I could have parked my own car myself in the space provided for valet while still paying the money for parking. Didn’t like having to ask staff several times to get my car and leaving a tip each time.)

Some customer service reps need a reminder that customers and reviews are HUGE for any company, so go the extra mile in being courteous, thoughtful and non abrasive when dealing with All people. Truly don't know who you may be talking to these days and how a little extra kindness may be beneficial to the company and even the employee(s).
