The property staff was very kind and the food was delicious.
Negatives:
The room had several items that weren’t functional, including two lamps, the fridge wasn’t cold and the bathroom toilet paper holder would constantly come off. The room wasn’t as clean as expected. The hotel could certainly focus a little more on maintenance. Additionally the valet parking is unnecessary and costly. It was uncomfortable to have to constantly turn the car in a claim it again for every outing. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable that was all we liked.
Negatives:
The parking was valet only. They cram your car into a tiny lot. The pool was out of service due to construction. Our TV was broken. We asked to have it looked at twice and several hours later they came by when we were at dinner. Then said they couldn’t look at it because we weren’t there. My husband stood at the bar for over five minutes before they even acknowledged him. Then served him a $15 drink that was literally two sips.

Positives:
Bed, staff and location. It was close to the aquarium , ballpark, restaurants and the river.
Negatives:
Buddha statues. I didn’t like valet parking and would not stay there again because of this. Had to get the hotel manager to approve my parking there if I held my keys. The staff in the hotel was great. The parking manager was not accommodating.
