This stay was wonderful! I love that it's pet friendly, but doesn't feel like it's overrun with animals. It's so fun to see so many pets on leashes, but still experience the cleanliness we expect from our hotel stays. The location was super convenient!

They only offer valet parking but it wasn't an issue for us because we were able to get close street parking both days we were there.

IT WAS AFFORDABLE, THE LOCATION, THE STAFF & VALET, THE BAR, THE COMPLIMENTARY DRINK STATION UPON ARRIVAL/EXIT, & ALSO COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/TEA BAR.
Negatives:
THERE WAS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKING. THE SHOWER HEAD HAD A LITTLE CRUD ON IT, AS WELL AS THE HOT WATER DISPENSOR FROM THE COMPLIMENTARY TEA BAR.

The person at front desk upon our arrival never once smiled. She would not let me checkin even though I made reservation. I had to get my husband since it was his name.

Large, clean room with a good shower. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. We left before breakfast on the second day but were able to choose products from the small shop which was much appreciated.

We had some issues with the TV which could not be resolved despite staff trying to assist.

Its very stylish and has a great bar / entertaining area in the foyer. Our room was really big compared to other places we had stayed, which made our visit very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and arranged a laundry service for us.
