Not clean! Stains on mattress, sheets, even curtains! 3rd floor was very hot and room felt damp and muggy! Flooring was very dirty! Headboard looked like something was running down like a fluid and never was wiped! Pool and small and full of bugs! Appeared to be mold around rim of bathroom sink! Not much selection for breakfast Looks like a remodel was done but hasn’t been kept up! Carpet unraveling, furniture not in good shape! Smelled musty.

The bed was a mattress on a board with legs, it slid everywhere. They seemed they were letting kids that was way underage to stay there with their girlfriends, you walk outside you smell pot all over the parking lot, and inside the halls too!!! They let kids hang out outside the parking night all night long, playing loud music, cussing, drinking, and racing their motors up!! Will not stay there agin and recommend it to nobody!!!

There was a gentlemen that was working the evening hours and he was very nice and helpful. The bed wasn't too bad. Location was ok right off the interstate.
Negatives:
The lamp shades had stains on them. The bathroom vanity was all scratched up and looked junky. The room smelled funny. The lobby smelled horrible after it was mopped, a mixture of a wet dog and fish. Breakfast was not very good. An older lady working during the day was very rude when a guest asked for more towels because housekeeping did not come to their room for two days straight during a three night stay. I asked her to change the TV in the lobby and she seemed so bothered by it like it was the hardest task.

The staff was incredible, the hotel was so clean, and the breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
It would have been perfect except for the mattresses, they were hard as a board. I could not sleep on them at all. The sweet girl at the desk found me a chair in the lobby and drug it to my room at 3 in the morning. I slept in the chair for 3 nights. I love your hotel & I had 6 other family members reserve a room also. But unless something changes with the mattresses, (maybe a nice topper?) I will not be able to stay there again, and that is unfortunate.
