Positives: Room was large and well appointed. There was a little wear as it seemed to be an older property. Clean. Great breakfast. Pleasant staff. Had to contact front desk for maintenance to come and turn off the ventilation fan. The young man responded in a timely manner apologizing because it took him so long (it didn't take a long time). Easy access to downtown Chattanooga. Overall, good value for the price.

Positives: The entryway of the hotel and the halls looked very well taken care of. The staff were helpfull some of the time but when we reported the bed bugs they were not as helpful.

Negatives: We found bed bugs in two out of three of the rooms that we booked and then got charged at check out for changing rooms during our stay. We have videos of the bed bugs and of bites found on our children. The cleaniness of the establishment was put into question after finding bed bugs in two of our rooms. Staff tried gaslighting us into thinking that there weren't any bed bugs and asking if we were sure.
