NOT clean. Toilet seat had urine on it. floorsnot swept or mopped. shower curtain not washed (was missing the wet-liner), and tv or phone did NOT work. A simple wipe-down of all surfaces including the floor and toilets would have helped.

Well the need really really renewed it asap

They had a little snack set prepared. Sheets were clean

The building was old, there was one way in and it was right past guests checking in which was awkward to move through. The bathroom had rust all over the fixtures and I smelled mold. The whole room had an old smell and was tiny. I could understand if this was a motel we spent $50 on, but we didnt. Ice machine wasnt on our floor and was broken. Snack machine not in use. Had to talk to the front desk through a plexiglass window and I had to knock several times to get her attention even though she was sitting right there. She came off as extremely disinterested.
