This hotel was dirty and smelled moldy and damp to the point that my lungs hurt the entire time we stayed which was overnight. Once we left, my lungs were back to normal. The convenience supplies i.e. shampoo, conditioner, hand soap were empty.
Positives:
I booked the property, because on the app it showed a pool, and it was located on the river!!! When we got to the location, the pool was out of order!!!! Also the property was no where near the river!!!
The lighting in the facility was very dim, probably hidden how dirty the floors were! I’m very disappointed with this place!!! Yes you get complementary breakfast but they don’t have anywhere for more then 8 people to set!!! If your willing to stand to eat like we had to or take it to your room than that’s all your options!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!

Breakfast wasn?t great, hotel was okay. It was 2 adults, 2 teens and a 8 year old. But for one night it was fine.
Positives:
The location was great. It was close to everything. The beds were not comfortable, but that's okay, no big deal . They had a wonderful breakfast, and the staff was super nice. The hotel smelled really amazing walking throughout the halls.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise at night, but that's nothing the hotel can control.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful.

The staff were very very friendly! The property was nicely located. The bed were so comfortable and the linens so soft.
Negatives:
My only complaint was lack of tread on the floor of the bathtub, was a big thing with small kids and I have a bad foot. As well as the limited breakfast options but that was not necessarily a problem. And the fact there was one ice maker on the main floor in a 3 floor hotel was inconvenient. But again not a deal breaker.
