The lobby is beautiful. The guys working the valet are great! Very quick and polite. The room was a good size, bed was comfy, we had a nice view.
Negatives:
The front desk employees are not very friendly. The elevator is a bit tricky and although there are 2, only 1 was working. So there was at times a fairly long wait. Elevator could use a good cleaning. The shower was dissapointing, water pressure wasn't great also didn't like the shower head. Our toilet was tricky sometimes we could get it to flush on the 1st try , sometimes it would take a few times of letting it fill back up and trying again. Tried to eat at the restaurant and both days we could only get reservations for 9.30, so maybe reserve a week in advance if you plan on eating there. They dont come around to service the rooms until around 5 pm by then we didnt want anyone bothering us . The pool was cloudy and there were guests jumping off the side of the pool and throwing a ball , so it was hard to enjoy. Overall we will not be staying here again.
