I know I had a smoking room, but I’ve never been in one where the pillows still smelled like smoke from before or get charged $15 for a towel they said was stained but was going to get washed!! He did lower it to $10 but still a towel?

Breakfast was a joke. The hotel was loud at night. People coming and going. You could also hear people across the hall in their rooms.
