Negatives: Room was not ready. Room was not in good repair. Staff was friendly and worked hard to make it clean. Small issue with roaches.

Negatives: Roaches on the fridge and in the bathroom. Pee stains on the "clean"beds blood stains on the curtains NO lock on the door. Visible mold and questionable stains on the walls person running g the front desk was half dressed and clearly over medicated

Negatives: I stayed for 1 night and day out of my reservation because my room was broken into. I had the police called to search my room. I felt unsafe. I'll not be staying there again. I wasn't comp't for anything. The neighborhood was bad,it just sucked.

Positives: The worst place I have ever stayed at. Had no room key, janitor used screw driver to get into room. No remote control. Walls paper thin. Maintenance decided to work on rooms after 11 most nights. Horrible experience.

Negatives: Not 1 thing. Still waiting on my security deposit.

Negatives: Roaches, no towels because the washer was broken. Smell like smoke. Horrible hotel. Tv did not work. No phone.

Positives: This may be a cheaper hotel in the area. But take it from me do not stay there there are roaches in the room and the people there are very hard to get along with. Microwaves dont work Internet does not work. Very poor place to stay would not stay there

Positives: Nice staff gal. Room not ready at 6pm. Bug infested. Do not ever stay there!

Negatives: Horrible. Spent 1/2 the night killing bugs. Too exhausted to move on. Do not stay here. Even the name is wrong. Sign says Lincoln Hotel Not the staffs fault. Cant make a silk purse from a sows ear !
