Positives: Front desk clerk was very nice. Tried to help with our television problem. Absolutely loved the entry decor/design.

Negatives: Television didn't work very well. Hard to get channels and when we finally did, the tv would freeze after a minute or two. Clerk said that was probably due to poor internet. She offered us another room but couldn't guarantee that it would be any better.
