Negatives: Seems to be a hub for construction workers. Lots of big trucks parked. One was broken down right in front of my room. The location only has stairs, Lots of trips to take my luggage to my room. The room smelled musty and there were bugs in the tub.

Positives: Easy check in and friendly staff. Location was great as well.

Negatives: The hotel is in need of repairs and upgrades. Our bathroom ceiling was coming apart but overall the room was pleasant. I also don't agree with being billed a deposit fee on credit card at check in. Keep card on file in case of incidents.
