Location to college campus. Clean building hut showing signs of wear.
Negatives:
If youre used to the usual Hampton Inn comfort, I.e. comfy soft beds, fluffy comforter, large pillows, and pristine facilities.this isnt your Hampton Inn! Beds were horrible and linens were cheap. Facility is an older hotel revamped for a Hampton and definitely showing signs of age and wear.

Parking for our Uhaul was good, and convenient. Breakfast was better than average. Location was quiet but still convenient to restaurants.
Negatives:
The elevator carpeting smelled disagreeably of pets. Generally I prefer that hotels not have carpeting in rooms (they always seem designed to hide dirt).
