Looked for places with indoor pools, which this hotel was supposed to have when I booked it, upon arrival the hotel had been sold to new management according to the front desk and pool was temporarily closed. Breakfast options were pitiful. Staff was not rude but was far from friendly. Lobby, only front desk was lit well, not welcoming at all.

I thought I had paid for the jacuzzi room and I received a mobile accessable room. My receipt showed a standard room. I did not get the jacuzzi room and I expressed that I really wanted a bath not a shower. I was NOT given a different room....

I was locked out of my room twice.
Breakfast was a chicken/fake cheese sandwich, waffle cup, yogurt or cereal. NOT as advertised.
The comforter was dirty and stained.
Bath tub was old with no handheld sprayer
Sofa and chair were old and dirty.
Hot tub jets were broken the four days I was there.
The carpet on the first floor, back half of building, stinks to high heaven with dog urine and a few cats thrown in too. To go to the pool, you must to through this area. Hold your nose!
