Positives:
The breakfast selection was very limited. The night clerk was late opening the door to for access to the breakfast area. When access gained he, (night clerk), had fixed himself four pieces of toast with butter and jelly. When I made one piece of toast I had to ask to butter and jelly, which he went in the back to get them. Of my 4 day stay I had to go out for breakfast due to the extremely limited and under stocked breakfast bar. Of my 4 day stay the room was only cleaned once. I had to take out the trash for three days. I also had to request clean towels. The one chair had two missing rollers and was unable to be used. I requested someone mix the toilet seat and it was never done. I purchased a screw driver and was able fix it my self. Could only have coffee in my room 2 days as the cream and sugar was never replaced while I was there.

Bad location site stated pool that's why I booked it due to outside pool but looked like pool has been out of commission for a long time and not mention of this on site not happy money wasted for 2 night stay

Everything looks dirty and if it has been repaired it’s been repaired terribly. The paint jobs in the room are sloppy and painfully obvious nobody cares. The outlets near the sinks don’t work, there’s God okay know what hanging off the ceiling by the bathroom. The entire experience gave me the ick.

Staff asleep when I got there to check in. Waited 20 minutes for the clerk to come out to get me my key. He said he was asleep and looked sleepy. When I went to get breakfast there was nothing available not even coffee. I saw about 3 bagels. When I went to check out once again same clerk asleep I had to wake him up after waiting 10 minutes to get a receipt. He was in a bad mood and said I’m coming!
