It was a very convenient location for the convention we were attending and was easy to find places to eat.
Negatives:
They are currently doing renovations and so were drilling late at night. Our TV did not have access to channels and the elevator was out of order. There was also a large hole from a previous location of a smoke detector and we did not receive housekeeping services to replace towels while we were gone. For us only staying two nights, it was serviceable but not the best hotel I've stayed.

Elevator broken police put front when arrived. Employees were very nice. Room smelled and had to get a king on first floor instead of the 2 double beds because they were on the 3rd floor and a broken elevator. Will likely not use booking.com much because the refund would have been a hassle and not informed on property issues ahead of time like the elevator. I would have booked a different hotel so I could have had 2 double beds. Definitely disappointed
