They did not have a working TV in the room the water pressure was terrible the cleaning service was horrible. The friendliness was completely horrid . They just want the money but refuse to give you any back for all their mishaps. The breakfast was absolutely gross. The pool was shut down .

The elevator was broke. Had to lug everything up 2 flights of stairs. There was a smell to the room. There were cuts to the curtains, holes in the wall, holes in shades for the lights, and someone tried to get into our room. They kept shaking the door violently trying their best to get in.

The Jamaican man was very rude at the front desk. I asked him for new covers because my friend throws up on the sheet a little and when I brought it to him he said oh those are stained and so I had to go to the coin laundry and by Clorox bleach and wash it myself and it was Snow White again, which means he didn’t want to deal with it. So I had to spend 10 dollars at the coin laundry
