Between Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: No ice machine, — told go to gas station—no ice in refrig, door handle backwards, refrig door backwards— hard to get into— no dishes or utinsils in kitchen— nothing! Floor dirty, outside looked much nicer than inside, thank goodness I had my own extra blanket
