Locked myself out of my room and couldnt get back in because couldnt get ahold of anyone from the hotel to get another key made so I had to wake up friends in the area at 1am to crash on their couch and couldnt even sleep in my room I paid over $----

I didnt care for the hotel at all!!! After traveling for hours, no restroom in very tight unattractive lobby, no sit down breakfast only grab & go, room doors on the outside, etc. I felt that info on website was false! Very displeased that I cancelled!

The staff - (The manager) truly cares about each guest and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need for a wonderful experience. Example: I have a bad neck and require extra pillows. Hotel employee always has my pillows waiting for me

Floor was very sticky told employees several times so I may get a discount of free room considering how much a night is but they never got in contact with me or said anything so that's not good trash under the bed jus wandnt a good experience.
