I would like to see the hotel use even more environmental friendly products especially at the breakfast service. Please put out a jug of half and half and a jug of skim milk rather than all those little creamer cups.

Front desk gal was fantastic- she assisted me with staying an extra night after emergency weather canceled a concert- she was new but did a great job for me!

The gentleman that checked me in at 2:00AM was very nice and helpful.

This is the dirtiest hotel room I?ve ever stayed in. There was hair in the sheets, hair all over the bathroom floor and toothpaste and spit residue on the faucet. The most disgusting hotel room ever.

The room I was given was better than what I saw advertised, a King on the ground floor that was like a whole apartment. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was pretty quiet, and located a short distance from a lot of suburban shopping, and the highway.
Negatives:
The entrance/exit was a bit weird, and the parking seems to fill up rather quickly, even though my visit was during the week, so I'd imagine even moreso on the weekends.

The reservations were for a room with two queens but I was placed in a room with a king and a pull out. The employees were not changing the room and they informed me that I still had two beds. There was no attempt to make this better. I was disappointed.
Positives:
Good location for visiting Franklin and Nashville. Fun to discover Franklin.
Negatives:
Take a few mins to wipe down the walls in the bathroom/bedroom/doors. Everything else was very clean, but walls are forgotten.
