Positives:
Good location and very comfortable
Negatives:
One of our two keys worked on the outside door once in 7 or 8 tries. The breakfast was not up to what I usually see at a Hampton Inn. In general, the breakfast has gotten poorer at Hampton Inn but this one was the worst I can remember

Positives:
Location was great, right off the highway and conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping center

The staff at the desk. I knew I could count on the hampton inn for a good room and a good night sleep.
Positives:
The property was clean, updated, quiet and in a prime location with many nearby restaurants and a mall. It was within a 30 minute drive to Nashville, which was perfect.
Negatives:
The only downside was that the toilet had a leaky valve and ran during the night. It was brought to the attention of the staff, and they scheduled a maintenance visit.
