The cleanliness of the room and the kind staff at the front desk.

Sunday morning check out day, the cleaning staff knocked the door a couple of times an hour prior to check out time. The first time they unlocked the door because they didnt hear us say still here and again a second time.

The breakfast was pretty good and there was room in the lobby to gather with my group.
Negatives:
There were multiple things: the pool was locked our first night and staff said a guest had locked it and they didnt know how to open it. The indoor pool was the reason we chose this hotel. The gas was disconnected from the outdoor grill so we couldnt use it. We had planned to cook burgers our first night. One of the staff said there was a problem with the gas-line and they didnt want a guest to blow up. Our ac made a terrible noise, our shampoo dispenser was empty, our daughters tv didnt work We booked six separate rooms for family as we were in town for a funeral and everyone had some type of problem. I wouldnt stay here again or probably at any Home2suites.

Bed was a smaller queen size, pillows were horrible, Bathroom shower was small and tight. For the $250+ per night - this hotel was not worth the money
