Negatives: I've already left a review I had booked 3 hotel rooms here, one thing I forgot is please get dark curtains I couldn't sleep past 5am due to the light shinning in

Negatives: The staff seemed nervous and once checked in we didnt hear from them again at all. The pool is practically the size of a hot tub. Disappointing for the kids. The breakfast was okay.

Negatives: The description of the room was not accurate on booking.com. It said the king suite had 3 beds, which was not accurate. There was one king bed and the pull-out couch. It was ok for our needs, but still not what we were expecting. The hotel is advertised as pet-friendly, but as non-pet owners, I didnt like that the entire place smelled faintly of damp dog (especially our room carpet). As I saw in other reviews, this hotel seems to attract families for travel sports. Not the hotels fault, but the parents really let the kids run around unsupervised and obnoxious. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was ok, but the coffee was terrible. Really not good. Great coffee might have helped make up for the mediocre experience, but alas, no. When I return to the area, I will definitely try a different hotel.

Negatives: Not one thing! We loved our stay!

Negatives: No dresser in the hotel room for extra storage so we were a bit all over the place. The breakfast hours were different on the weekdays, and we did not realize. So they close up shop right on the dot even if you're there. That was a bit of a bummer since they were just throwing away the food. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Negatives: I did not like not having a decent trash can to throw things away in order to not leave a trashy mess. The shower was not very clean . The freezer of the fridge was not very clean. The bed did not feel comfortable. The curtains did not give enough coverage for room black out . The biggest problem was with the other guests. Several soccer teams were staying there . None of them took responsibility for the children they brought they were running around screaming. The parents used the breakfast area and other seating areas as a bar binge . They all brought wine and several cases of beer and got totally wasted leaving the children unaccompanied or just accompanied by massively drunk parents. One mother screamed after one of the kids' body slammed her daughter by the pool, and she yelled about how the drunk parents were not watching the kids . It was extremely loud and rowdy. All in all, we did not want to bring our 4 year old downstairs with a bunch of drunks and rude kids. The pool was way to small for all that. So we went swimming 2 times at a time where we tried to avoid them and the chaos they brought.its okay to have fun and it's okay to do as you please as an adult but when you have like 30 or kids that need you to care for them don't get smashing drunk. Be a parent and watch your dang kids.

Negatives: I know the hotel staff cant control this, but there were several 9 yr old soccer teams staying at our hotel and kids were running around unsupervised and parents were drinking shots, playing music, dirty dancing, and some even smoking weed. The common areas were full of drunk people and we were there with our 12 year olds basketball team. It was less than ideal . I am not sure what the staff could have done short of calling the police.
