Negatives: I went to load my car and the man at the front desk stopped me and told me that I needed to check out. After I loaded my car and checked my room, I returned to the front desk to check out. The man on duty got somewhat upset with me asking questions about the refunding of the deposit I were asked to leave upon checking in. I asked for a contact number so if I didn't receive my credit back in a reasonable time so I could check on it. That got him what seemed to be upset. He then asked for my ID. For what reason I have no clue. He then made a copy of my ID and asked for my phone number. I have never had to do this at a check out anywhere. I know this is not normal procedure because a lady just dropped off her key and walked on out without him questioning her. I felt harassed and disrespected by this desk op. This was the last impression that your hotel left for me.
