How close it was to the civic center
Negatives:
We walked into the room and it immediately smelled of smoke. My husband and youngest have asthma so I had to Lysol and try to eliminate the smell, unsuccessfully might I add. The beds were as firm as a rock, the lady in charge of breakfast rolled her eyes every time someone asked for her anything as simple as a napkin, and when she wasn't rolling her eyes, she was glaring uncomfortably at everyone. We'll pay extra for luxury next time. This is definitely a lesson learned.

Location close to relatives we were visiting and 2 walkable restaurants
Negatives:
ICE MACHINES BROKEN..Was told by desk clerk we had to go next door to the SleepInn for ice. .Funny smell in rm. Bathroom door duct taped at top holding it together. Smoking area wall ashtray outside our door WE ARE NON SMOKERS. DONT WANT TO WALK THRU OTHERS SMOKING OUSIDE OUR ROOM. Dead mouse lying in front of broken/ empty vending machine outside lobby door. Should I continue.
