Had breakfast on Saturday morning, there were egg/cheese omelets. The lady brought out hot one and exchanged ours for one of them. She put the hot ones in the warming container along with the ones took from us instead of throwing them away, unacceptable!

How close it was to the civic center

We walked into the room and it immediately smelled of smoke. My husband and youngest have asthma so I had to Lysol and try to eliminate the smell, unsuccessfully might I add. The beds were as firm as a rock, the lady in charge of breakfast rolled her eyes every time someone asked for her anything as simple as a napkin, and when she wasn't rolling her eyes, she was glaring uncomfortably at everyone. We'll pay extra for luxury next time. This is definitely a lesson learned.
