Negatives: No access readily to drinks and snacks on property

Negatives: Very Very outdated, need to take down valances and mirrors replace outdated furniture and replace cracked floor tiles No breakfast offered!!!!

Negatives: The floor of the room was extremely nasty. Had to constantly wear shoes. Paid extra for river view but could not see the river due to a building in front of us. The door to the balcony had a crack in it bringing a draft into to the room causing my family to get sick.

Negatives: The room was nothing like the room I reserved online.

Negatives: Thin walls. Could hear the people on both sides

Negatives: I had booked a quadruple room and that is not what they had available. I discussed our accommodations with the front desk clerk and she did not even know what a quadruple room was. She said if we wanted to be moved to a larger room we could but it had carper and would have an upcharge. Limited electrical outlets for electronic equipment, old bathroom accommodations, tiny refrigerator.

Negatives: The coffee pot. We’re used to having a Keurig.

Negatives: Needs updating. Restaurant on property was closed permanently. Checked in , no cart available for luggage. Arrived at room which was not the room we booked. Called front desk and was told that the room we booked with sofa bed and king bed was overbooked and would get us in the next night. This was never told to us upon check in. The room they gave us was a king for 3 adults and was told we would have to make it work for the night. After some discussion they said if we wanted an additional room we would have to pay for it. This was at midnight , we drove 9 hours to get there and they should have given us the room for no additional charge . We took the additional room and talked to the manager in the morning, she discounted the room and charged me approximately $50 for the room and we were told we could leave our belongings in the room until our original room that was booked was ready and we moved our luggage to it. Our keys when we got back didn’t work and had to go back to the front desk to get keys that worked so we could move our belongings to the room we originally booked. The room we booked was ok but the metal stairwell leading upstairs should have some kind of end cushions on it . We all bumped our heads on it and I am sure others have done the same.

Negatives: False advertising. Restaurant and bar has been closed for 4 years.

Negatives: The room was a good place to sleep and overlook the water and Gatlinburg. We were so close to all the action.

Negatives: The hotel needs updated desperately. The lobby was beautiful but our room needed updates.

Negatives: They added a $50 charge to clean? Light bulbs were out, Sink stopper was stuck closed

Negatives: Website isn’t correct. No indoor pool or breakfast included. Dirty room and lights and ice machine broken
