Close to a grocery store and restaurants.
Negatives:
I don't know why they have that star rating? It was really a motel not a hotel. It smelled of weed and we watched a drug deal happen in the parking lot. The beds were also very hard, after the first night my back and hips were miserable. Hated it.

Room was kind of clean, but a bit run down. Nice fluffy pillows, good pressure/hot water in the shower.No issues with check in or stay other than loud people around 3am the 1st night.

$100 deposit at check in. We've stayed twice, 1st time deposit was on debit card and it took almost a week to get it back. 2nd deposit was cash and was supposed to be returned at check out but was kept after manager lied and said there was damage. None

The staff is always nice we've stayed several times.
Negatives:
Cleaning is older so done stuff is expected no big deal. However I always clean before anything because the cleaning staff for some rooms you can tell do nothing but make the bed, run water in the tub and maybe mop.The staff and location make it worth it

Only issue is about deposit! Which in turn could be my own fault(not used to staying in hotels) but deposit took a few days to be returned.

Price was good. Cockroaches in the room was horrible. Huge Crack underneath the door unacceptable.

The hotel was clean and some of the staff was very nice.

Too many traveling works in and out who did not respect our privacy. Female staff member was VERY rude.
Positives:
Clean hotel, staff were great, good water pressure in shower, ice cold fridge, walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store and inexpensive. What else could you want?

Access from I-65!and restaurants in area.
Negatives:
Rm on 3rd floor with exterior entrance. Had to walk outside a long distance on balcony carrying luggage to room. Outside door had a large gap at bottom to outside. We stuffed a bath towel to block air and bugs? From entering. No shampoo or soap in tub
