Very convenient. North of Nashville. Perfect stop on our way home to Ohio from Texas. Nice size room for us and our fur baby! The front desk person when checking out was awesome. Very much the opposite of the person who checked us in. She talked to our fur baby and gave him a cookie.
Negatives:
The front desk girl on check in was more interested in what was on her cellphone than to even acknowledge us saying hi to her- as she stood in front of the “smile” sign. The only thing she said was I need to see your id after she was done with her phone. Then she mumbled something about another $25 fee for your dog and mumbled that I had to have it charged to my credit card. So I did. The website mentioned $75 but not any additional fee that I recalled. When we asked if there was a place to walk him she said not really. After we went to the room, my husband spotted the poo bag stations outside back. After an 11 hour drive from Texas, she made me rethink my choice of your property over Candlewood Suites. The pet fee was only $25, and they have a potty area. (And your property had a higher nightly rate- but I assumed a better experience because you were a Hilton Property.)

Breakfast was good. However, should be extended by an hour - at least on the weekends. There was a "mad dash" near end of breakfast. There were several other guests frustrated as well.

Electricity went out due to a multiple car accident on Conference Drive. We were on the 4th floor. I had to walk down 8 flight of stairs. However, only one floor had emergency lights that worked. Floor 3 only.
