No hot water,morning until the ma Maintenence man showed up at 8:00am. They had a fix but didn't take care of the problem They could have had him show up early so the guest could have had showers in the early am. Billing issue after extending stay

I have stayed before so I knew the location worked well for me as I wanted to be in Goodlettsville. I like the pool and gym facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms were not cleaned adequately. Dirty cups not taken away and beds not made. I know the cleaners came because the wet towels were replaced. We had no coffee or cups for the coffee machine so I had to twice go and get more. Also I stayed on the 4th floor hoping for more quiet but it was very noisy.

Beds were great! Medium Firm so not too soft where you sink in! Staff was very polite and helpful! Breakfast was good.

I felt like our room couldve been cleaner like the bathroom vent was filled with dust it was not greatest looking room for a holiday inn express you can tell they did some patch up work on the walls. Restroom door was heavy and hard to slide open.

Elevator was having a few issues and loud.
Breakfast was good but the same every day eggs and two types of sausage said bacon for one of the days but still had sausage.

Overall very nice. Rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly.
