Positives: The reception staff was good. Breakfast was decent. Quick check in and check out. Lots of parking on site
Negatives: The untidy room. We stayed in room 129 which was shockingly dirty comparing to other IHG properties we stayed in. The shower stall was very slippery with no anti slip mat. There was mold out of shower area, urine or some liquid spots near bath seat(clearly the floor was not moped in a while) and the most disgusting thing was spider. The ac in that room needs to be fixed, we were unable to sleep due to loud noise of the unit. First HolidayInn property that we left disappointed from
