Room (dog friendly) should not have odor especially when air conditioner is on. We normally would not have stayed. Poor repairs, door sticks, moldy shower base. Do not blame staff, but the owner of the property

Elevator sounded like it was on its last legs. Carpets in halls were filthy and stained. The vinyl plank flooring was dirty and sticky. The shower had mold in the corners and whomever designed this handicapped bathroom was clueless. No place to hang towels, hairdryer above head level in closet, no place in shower to put soap or shampoo. Water ran all over bathroom from under the shower curtain towel hook on back of bathroom door was falling off.
